Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 when she gave up gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her college education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. At the close of 2009, she had won four health titles. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. In October of 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. Ariel was competing against some of the most top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
